CONSULAR TOURS

For the convenience of the applicants, a team of Consular Officers from the Embassy of India, Tel Aviv, will be visiting the places in Israel as mentioned below to provide the following Passport and Consular services on first come first served basis to Indian nationals and Israeli nationals of Indian origin living at these places.

Passport and Consular Services*

• Passport in lieu of (a) present passport expiring within its normal validity (b) passport reported lost (c) passport damaged (d) blank pages exhausted before expiry of its normal validity (e) change of name/surname of the holder (f) addition/deletion of spouse name of the holder (g) change of address/state of the holder (h) change in appearance of the holder.
• Fresh/renewal of passport to new born baby to Indian parents.
• Emergency Certificate.
• Attestation of Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Certificate, Commercial document, Life Certificate, declaration of single marital status, etc.
• Renunciation of Indian citizenship/surrender of Indian passport.
• OCI cards to the entitled persons.
• Police Clearance Certificate.

*Please note that only Attestation services would be carried out on the spot subject to production of originals and original passport. For all other services, only application that are complete in all respect would be collected for subsequent processing at the embassy.             The passport and consular services as listed above may be availed of by the applicants at their respective place and venue as per schedule indicated above.
