    <span style="font-size:14px;">At the invitation of the Government of India, delegates from 182 countries visited the Kumbh Mela 2019 on the banks of the river Ganga in the holy city of Prayagraj. Minister of State for External Affairs, Gen (retd) V. K. Singh, accompanied the special visitors, including Mr. Eldad Sela from Israel, to Prayagraj on February 22. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj also interacted with the delegates on February 23 in New Delhi.</span>
