INDIANS IN ISRAEL
A Consular Camp is being organised in Jerusalem on 24 July 2026 (Friday) from 0900 hrs to 1400 hrs at Jaffa 97, Clal Buiding, The Pavilion, Celebration Center, Jerusalem.
We are going to provide :
i). Passport Services – Scrutiny and checking of applications/documents for passport renewal, re-issue, and other miscellaneous passport-related services.
ii). OCI Services – Verification and checking of documents for new OCI applications, OCI miscellaneous services, and updates.
iii). Visa Services – Guidance on visa application procedures, documentation requirements, and clarification of queries.
iv). Attestation Services – On-the-spot attestation of documents, including Powers of Attorney, affidavits, life certificates, and other miscellaneous attestation services.
v). General Consular Services – Assistance on various consular matters, dissemination of information, and redressal of general queries.
vi). Community Interaction – The Ambassador may kindly address the Indian community and interact with attendees to hear their concerns and respond to their queries.
The itinerary will be :
a). 0900 – 0930 hrs Registration of applicants and token distribution by Embassy officials and community volunteers. A brief welcome and overview of the camp will be delivered by the DCM/Counsellor.
b). 0930 – 1230 hrs - Consular service counters to function for Passport, OCI, Visa, Attestation and General Consular Assistance.
c). 1230 – 1330 hrs - Community interaction and Open House with the Ambassador/senior Embassy representative.
d). 1330 – 1400 hrs – Light refreshments.
