A certificate stating that the applicant is alive on the date of issue of the certificate shall be issued to pensioners drawing their pension in India. This a free service which could be availed, upon the submission of the following at the Embassy :
Documents required
- Covering letter, explaining clearly the details of the pension account and the need for a life certificate.
- Original and photocopy of the Israeli identity card/Passport.
- The applicant should physically present oneself in front of the officer who shall be issuing the Life Certificate.
- Form-A(e-forms. May be filled on computer only. Handwritten forms would not be accepted)
