Application on letterhead (along with Stamp) of the company mentioning the requirement and the list of documents to be attested
- Original and photocopy of the commercial document attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Israel or apostilled.
- Original and photocopy of the Israeli identity card
- The document should be signed by the applicant in front of the officer attesting the document and originals shall be returned.
