Documents related to the death of an Indian national in Israel, shall reach the Embassy directly, through the Israeli authorities and all the related documents shall be sent along with the mortal remains, to India.
For registering the birth of a child to Indian parents, the following needs to be submitted in the Embassy:
Documents required
- Original and photocopy of the Birth certificate of the child issued by the Ministry of Interior, Israel.
- Original and photocopy of the first, last and valid visa page of the passport of both, father and mother.
- In case of divorce of parents of the child, the Court Custody papers, attested by the Public Notary.
- If marriage certificate is not available, joint affidavit from biological parents, attested by a Public Notary.
- In case of a single parent, declaration of the parent shall be attested by a Public Notary.
